I’d have to say that this year has to be one of the best years of high school for me so far; and Paw Prints plays a significant role in making that happen. I know I may not be your favorite editor or your favorite writer— and I’m sorry if I ever make you feel awkward or anything with my lack of speaking/social abilities; it’s a curse, I really can’t help it. But I mean it when I say that being an editor means the world to me, and I wouldn’t trade it for anything. You can’t imagine how much I appreciate this opportunity. I have so many memories from this class (the Christmas bake sale, the awkward session with Ms. Highsmith, your dead mother…), and we’re not even half-way finished with the year yet. I can’t explain how thankful I am for everything.
I know that all sounds cheesy, and corny, and cliché, but I really do mean it. So thank you, Mr. Price. Thank you for everything. Have a merry Christmas, and Happy Holidays!
